Join us in the Laura W. Bush Native Texas Park, Saturday, May 31, for BioBlitz with Nathan May, an educator at the Trinity River Audubon Center.
What is a BioBlitz, you ask? BioBlitz is a specific period of biological surveying in an attempt to record all the living species within a designated area.
Guests will explore the 15-acre park in search to find as many different species in the park as possible! Plants, bugs, birds, you name it! Using the app iNaturalist, participants can identify and document their observations.
This is a wonderful way to learn about the world around you while also contributing to science!
Nets will be available for participating guests.
